These are the Buffalo Bills who will be inactive for Week 4 against the New England Patriots.
On Friday, the Buffalo Bills knew they would be without two players after ruling tight end Tyler Kroft and linebacker Corey Thompson as out. It was no surprise for Thompson considering he had ankle surgery earlier this week.
As for Kroft, fans will have to wait at least one more week before he debuts in this Bills’ offense.
In addition Kroft, the Bills have wide receiver Robert Foster, cornerback Taron Johnson, running back Devin Singletary, guard Spencer Long, and tackle Conor McDermott.

The surprise here is clearly Robert Foster, who was only limited in practice on Thursday and Friday. The Bills will only have five wide receivers active this week. This means that Andre Roberts could see an expand role at receiver today, which would be the first significiant snaps at the position while with the Bills.
It also isn’t a surprise, but is a disappointment, that Singletary will not be able to suit up today. The rookie running back has shown an ability to break huge runs and this explosiveness will be greatly missed. The Bills once again will lean on Frank Gore and T.J. Yeldon to carry the workload at the running back position.
Another big loss has to be Taron Johnson, who was the team’s starting nickel. However, the hamstring injury suffered in Week 1 has forced him to miss the past three games. The coaching staff has found an effective rotation of Siran Neal, Kevin Johnson and Dean Marlowe.
These three will have a tall task of slowing down wide receiver Julian Edelman, who is one of Tom Brady’s main weapons in this offense.
The Buffalo Bills will face the New England Patriots at 1 PM at New Era Field in a battle of two undefeated teams.
