Buffalo Bills blowout New England Patriots

The 2003 home opener is one that many Buffalo Bills fans hold close to their hearts. This was just the start of the New England Patriots dynasty but for this game, the Bills got the better of them.

The big news entering this game was how formerly cut Patriot, and recently signed Bill, Lawyer Milloy would impact the game. The fact that the Patriots cut Milloy was certainly a shock as he was still playing at a high level and he was a welcomed addition to the Bills defense.

However what most were talking about afterwards was the play of the game, which was a 37-yard interception return by defensive tackle Sam Adams for a touchdown. At this point, the Bills were up 14-0 but this play swung almost all momentum to Buffalo and the Patriots didn’t recover.
