Pressure Andy Dalton

One of the best ways to eliminate these big plays is to put pressure on the opposing quarterback and not allow him to sit in the pocket while the play develops. If the Bills want to limit John Ross III then disrupting Andy Dalton in the pocket will be key.

This is something that teams have been able to do fairly consistently to start the year as the Bengals quarterback has been sacked nine times to start the year, the second highest total of the year. The Bengals are also hurting along the offensive line with Cordy Glenn and Andre Smith both missing practice this week and the team has already ruled guard Michael Jordan out for this week.

The Bills haven’t gotten huge sack totals this year, with five in the first two games, but with players like Jerry Hughes, Shaq Lawson, Trent Murphy, Ed Oliver and Lorenzo Alexander that total should quickly jump after the game this week.
