These are four key players to watch when the Buffalo Bills face the New York Jets in Week 1.

The Buffalo Bills will finally see the results of all the preparation and training they have done over the past few months from OTAs to training camp and into the preseason on Sunday when they face the New York Jets.

There is plenty to be positive about for this team as they went undefeated in preseason and look drastically improved from last season. This is due in large part to the work of the front office this offseason by bringing in over 20 players through free agency and the NFL Draft.

However, the core of this team, the key players from last year, remained primarily intact, with the only significant losses being defensive tackle Kyle Williams and running back LeSean McCoy.

The hope is that this nucleus of players, along with the talent added in the offseason, can improve on a 6-10 record the Bills had last year. If the Buffalo Bills want to get off on the right foot with a win to start the 2019 season, these are the key players that will have the most impact on the outcome.
