Week 8: vs. Philadelphia Eagles

The Buffalo Bills at this point in the season should be feeling good as they have built a 5-1 record. However, this is the first game of a very tough second half of the season. The Bills will face off against an excellent Philadelphia Eagles team, one that won a Super Bowl just two seasons ago.

While there is always a question about Carson Wentz ability to stay healthy, there is no question about his ability when he is on the field. He is one of the top quarterbacks in the game and with the talent on this roster, they will be tough to beat.

For the sake of these predictions, the assumption is Wentz will be under center and the Bills suffer their second loss of the season.

Prediction: Loss (5-2)

Week 9: vs. Washington Redskins

The Bills will end a three-game home stand after their bye week with a game against the Washington Redskins. It is hard to get a gauge on where this team will be at this point in the season but they look like another team in rebuild mode.

The Redskins have already announced that Case Keenum is going to be their starting quarterback to open the season but it would be safe to assume they will want to get first round draft pick, Dwayne Haskins, on the field at some point. Either way, the Bills should be able to take advantage of this match up and rebound with a win after the loss to the Eagles.

Prediction: Win (6-2)
