The third preseason game is in the books for the Buffalo Bills and their rookies. This is how they have looked to this point in the preseason.

The Buffalo Bills have only one preseason game left before the games really start to matter. These past three games have been a good taste of the NFL game for the Bills’ eight draft picks and for the most part should have fans’ excited.

This was the first game that all eight draft picks played with tight end Dawson Knox returning from a hamstring injury. Since this was the third preseason game, it was interesting to see which players saw more snaps, while some others saw their touches and snaps go in the other direction. This could provide some insight into exactly how the coaching staff views these rookies and what their roles are for the upcoming season.

This is how the rookies performed in the third preseason game against the Detroit Lions and what to expect going forward.
