Devin Singletary

Devin Singletary played only 10 snaps against the Panthers but was heavily involved when he was on the field. In those 10 snaps, he had two rushing attempts for six yards and three receptions on five targets for 25 yards. The big play of the game for him was an 18-yard reception.

It was good once again to see the Buffalo Bills coaching staff look to Singletary as much as they did when he was on the field. He brings an explosiveness or big play potential that the team doesn’t have as much with LeSean McCoy or Frank Gore on the field.

While the Bills will likely lean heavily on the two veterans, the coaching staff has to feel good if the need was ever to arise that Singletary’s role in this offense had to be expanded.
