Buffalo Bills: 53-man roster projections halfway through preseason

Running Back/Fullback
LeSean McCoy, Frank Gore, Devin Singletary, Marcus Murphy, Patrick Dimarco
Cut: Senorise Perry, T.J. Yeldon, Christian Wade
The running back position is one that has a little bit of uncertainty, especially after the game against the Panthers. Entering the second preseason game, Senorise Perry seemed to pull ahead of T.J. Yeldon, due in part to Yeldon’s lackluster performance, including a fumble, against the Colts. However, Perry had a fumble of his own against the Panthers.
The one player who has been consistent through both at the bottom of the depth chart has been Marcus Murphy, with 33 rushing yards against the Colts and 21 against the Panthers. The fact that he has a year of experience in this offense and has played well should be enough to secure that final running back spot.
