Darryl Johnson

Darryl Johnson was one of two seventh round picks by the Buffalo Bills this past April and made an immediate impact in his first preseason game. He recorded one of the team’s two sacks and looked good when he was on the field.

Johnson’s play this summer has been a bright spot and he has even recently started working with the second team in practice. If he continues to rise up the depth chart, it means players like Eddie Yarbrough could find themselves on the roster bubble.

It will be worth watching when Johnson gets on the field as he primarily went against third string players against the Colts. If he continues to play well as the caliber of the opponent improves, he could find himself in the team’s rotation during the regular season.
