Eddie Yarbrough

Eddie Yarbrough has been with the Buffalo Bills past two seasons, playing 31 games over that stretch and even starting six games in 2017. However, Yarbrough time with the Bills may be coming to an end in the near future.

The fact that Yarbrough finds himself on the bubble is not because of his play against the Colts. He actually had a strong performance and was one of two players with a sack. However, his main competition for that final spot, Darryl Johnson, looked excellent in his first NFL action and may have jumped him on the depth chart.

The defensive end position for the Bills looks exceptionally deep with Jerry Hughes, Trent Murphy, Shaq Lawson at the top. They have intriguing options like Mike Love, who spent most of last year on the practice squad, and the rookie Johnson to backup the Top 3.

The question will become if the Bills keep five or six defensive ends on the final 53-man roster. If the coaching staff decides to keep only five, then Yarbrough would likely be the odd man out.
