The closer we get to the draft, the more I believe that Kyler Murray will be the number one pick. Who will draft Murray is the bigger question, but at this point all signs point to the Cardinals being that team.

Adding a prolific talent like Murray could be a huge boom or huge bust for Arizona, but it will certainly generate some buzz for a franchise that needs it. Also by trading Josh Rosen, the team could recoup some much needed talent.

Previous Pick: Quinnen Williams (trade back with Oakland)

San Francisco would be a prime candidate for a potential trade down if teams want to get their guy. But, if San Fran opts to stay put, Bosa is the guy. His selection would continue the run of first-round defensive linemen (3 chosen in last 4 years).

Previous Pick: Nick Bosa

The Jets addressed both sides of the ball in a big way in free agency. The team added offensive linemen, a wide receiver and Le’Veon Bell on the offensive side. While adding C.J. Mosley is a nice addition, the team missed out on Anthony Barr after he decided to return to Minnesota. Williams is a monster on the inside and with Tom Brady and Josh Allen in the division, they need to add a player that can disrupt opposing offenses.

Previous Pick: Brian Burns

I understand Sweat was diagnosed with a minor heart condition, but his talent and combine workout will be enough to keep up at the top of many draft boards. I would like to point out that they took a flyer on a player with a similar situation last year and it worked out (Maurice Hurst-5th Round).

Sweat will be the Khalil Mack replacement the Raiders desperately need. He will have big shoes to fill but his speed and athleticism should lead to early success.

Previous Pick: Kyler Murray (trade up with Arizona)

White had a very impressive combine and is a freak athlete. Tampa Bay lost Kwon Alexander in free agency and have a hole to fill on their defensive front seven. Adding a playmaker like White on the defense can help keep the team in games and not put so much pressure on an inconsistent offense to win them games.

Previous Pick: Jonah Williams

Wow the Giants are doing some….. interesting things?

Trading away arguably your two best players is not a strategy many teams apply (Odell Beckham Jr. & Olivier Vernon). They have so many holes and they may opt to take best player available. Luckily they have needs everywhere so it’ll come down to which position has more value.

Their pass rush clearly needs to be upgraded and Josh Allen would be the right pick. He can be a versatile player for the G-Men and should help a struggling defensive unit.

Previous Pick: Daniel Jones

Adding Nick Foles may be the key to the Jags finally playing up to their potential as a team. The defense is still extremely solid, but this pick adds a premier talent along the offensive line to protect the new franchise quarterback and help get the run game going. Taylor could be a big-time addition for a growing offense that could finally be turning the corner.

Previous Pick: Josh Allen

The Lions opt to stay in the state and grab the hyper-athletic pass rusher from Michigan. Gary was an absolute monster coming out of high school but cooled off a bit during his time in Ann Arbor.

I believe his skill set will translate and he will provide the Lions with a fine replacement for a departing Ziggy Ansah.

Previous Pick: Rashan Gary
