The Buffalo Bills just opened training camp and optimism remains high. That and more in a Friday edition of The Morning Charge.

I always joke about how people get too excited about seeing the Buffalo Bills at training camp. The players working out in shorts and just running through casual drills.

But there I was yesterday getting excited myself. It is hard not to after such a long offseason.

The Bills were back at it yesterday and Twitter was filled with highlights and stat updates from the first day of camp. Some fans like to overanalyze how players are doing, specifically the quarterbacks, but there is no reason to get worked up in a negative way this time of year.

The Bills are back and that should mean optimism. We ran a piece yesterday looking at a few reasons why Bills fans should be excited for the season. There are countless out there but a few stand out as the main ones.

We take a look at that and more in a Friday edition of The Morning Charge.
