The Buffalo Bills have some legitimate talent on the roster in 2018. We look at that and more in today’s edition of The Morning Charge.
We are finally in the double digits here in July and Buffalo Bills training camp is just over two weeks away.
While fans continue to wait we decided to take a look at some of the top players on the roster heading into training camp. A link to that story will be provided in the news section of this post later on.
It is easy to tab LeSean McCoy as the top player on the team, which was validated by the NFL Network Top 100 list. But when you continue to break down the roster it is clear that this Bills team has some real talent.
Most teams have a quarterback as the star of the team but the Bills have legitimate rising stars at linebacker, cornerback, safety and left tackle. There are also the established names at running back and along the defensive line. And don’t sleep on Charles Clay at tight end!
So even if there are questions at quarterback, this team has a solid foundation that allowed Brandon Beane to move forward without undergoing a true rebuild. It also got the team to the postseason in 2017.
Optimism should be high as all the talent in Buffalo could come together for another special season. That and more in today’s Morning Charge.

Josh Allen is feeling “no pressure,” yet (PFT, Mike Florio)
Josh Allen, who remains unsigned, isn’t feeling the pressure yet. And he shouldn’t. He knows he was brought in as a big future investment and that doesn’t necessarily mean he has to produce right away.
