Buffalo Bills: Josh Allen’s jersey is selling well so far

Josh Allen isn’t the starting quarterback yet but Buffalo Bills fans are already buying his jersey with the hope that he becomes a star.

I never understand why people look down upon fans who wear jerseys every Sunday during the NFL season. It’s all part of the fun. Well that, and jumping through burning tables.

Buffalo Bills fans frequently fill New Era Field and the surrounding area outside decked out in Bills jerseys. It is always fun to look around to see the mix of names both old and new on the backs of fans.

One popular jersey to buy in 2018 is that of Josh Allen, at least according to Dick’s Sporting Goods’ latest jersey report.

The list fluctuates often, so it is possible for Allen to continue climbing up the list.

Even if he starts the season on the bench, his name will be all throughout the stands during Bills home and away games in 2018.

The hope is that Allen ends up being the franchise quarterback so all the money spent on his jersey doesn’t go to waste. That makes purchasing an Allen jersey somewhat of a risk right now, but everyone loves a rookie quarterback and the optimism provided by a new, young face in town.

A safer jersey purchase would be that of Tremaine Edmunds. He should be starting right away and can become a foundational piece for the defense. He is the quarterback of the defense, but even that is not enough to get him at the top of the best-selling jersey list.
