No. 5 – Paxton Lynch
Paxton Lynch is the perfect example of the unknown. Is he going to be a good NFL QB? Is he going to be a bust? I don’t even think the Bronocs know the answer to this question and that’s why he finds himself on this list.
Of the five QB’s listed in this article, Lynch might be the least likely to be up for trade. Denver might see him as their future which means they either wont move him, or they will be asking for far too much in return. Then again, Lynch is 100 percent unproven in the NFL. In two seasons he has played in a total of five games, starting four of them. Over that time he has amassed 792 yards with four touchdowns and four interceptions.
I’m not saying that Lynch is going to be the savior, but I am saying that he is worth a look if Denver were to say that he is available. A number of scouts in the NFL fall in love with various players in college that never make it to the team in which they actually work for. If the guys over on the Bills loved Lynch in college, there might be some mutual interest to go and get him now.
