Contain Alvin Kamara

While Alvin Kamara isn’t the most talented player on the New Orleans offense – that title goes to Drew Brees or Michael Thomas – he’s the most dangerous.

More from BuffaLowDown

Not only is Kamara a factor in the running game, but the former Tennessee running back is a major player in the passing game. The rookie has over 80 yards from scrimmage in each of his last four games, scoring three touchdowns over that period.

Kamara and Mark Ingram have become the best one-two punch in the NFL and will be what the Bills should focus on before they turn their attention to the passing game.

Brees doesn’t play well in the cold – he’s 64-54 with 90.7 passer rating outdoors compared to 68-46 with a 102.6 passer rating in a dome – so expect New Orleans to run the ball more often than not. After struggling to stop the run against the Jets, the Bills can’t afford to let the Saints have a big game on the ground.
