Somebody had to be a “faller.”
Overall the offensive line had a tremendous day this past Sunday.
However, there was a Richie Incognito holding call in the third quarter, on a second-and-8 deep in Oakland territory that completely derailed a drive. The penalty wiped out a would-be first down and goal-to-go situation. But the Bills couldn’t recover from the penalty and ended up kicking a field goal to go up by 10 points.
The penalty could have came back to haunt Buffalo, but thanks to the strong play that followed, it didn’t.
This was also Incognito’s fourth holding call this season. Not good for an offensive guard.
