3 reasons why the Buffalo Bills scored on their trade for Kelvin Benjamin

# 2) Kelvin Benjamin plays wide receiver
You read that correctly. Kelvin Benjamin is a tall wide receiver who can make plays with the ball in his hands. That seems to be a foreign concept for the Bills at the moment. Short of Charles Clay, this offense struggles to move the ball down the field in the air.
The former Panther amassed 2,424 yards and 18 touchdowns during his stint with Carolina, according to NFL.com.
The Buffalo Bills currently rank last in receiving yards and receptions. This trade will absolutely do nothing but help. Buffalo traded away a third and a seventh round pick for Kelvin Benjamin, and I would say that is a steal. This acquisition cannot be understated, and I’m excited to see what this pass-catcher can do on the field for the Buffalo Bills.
