Pro Football Focus has released their player grades and game analysis after the Buffalo Bills took down the Oakland Raiders 34-14.

It is a tough job deciphering which Buffalo Bills’ players played well in their game against the Oakland Raiders. Pro Football Focus does a good job of figuring that out with their individual player grades for every game.

The top grade Buffalo Bills player? Safety, Micah Hyde. The defensive play-maker received an 89.0 game grade for his play Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.

Here is Pro Football Focus‘ write-up for Micah Hyde:

"“Hyde had an excellent day in coverage. On 49 cover snaps, Hyde was targeted five times, and allowed three catches for just seven total yards, all to Cordarrelle Patterson."
"He also made a nice interception after Preston Brown tipped the ball in underneath coverage. Hyde now leads the NFL with five interceptions this season.”"

The Buffalo Bills came into week 8 well aware that this is a must-win game for the organization. The Oakland Raiders have had a lot of hype built up around their offense, as well as their stud edge defender, Khalil Mack. Buffalo did a great job of putting out that flame, and looked absolutely fantastic all-around.

Here are the top five Buffalo Bills’ game grades:

S Micah Hyde, 89.0 overall grade

CB Shareece Wright, 85.8 overall grade

CB Leonard Johnson, 83.0 overall grade

T Cordy Glenn, 82.6 overall grade

WR Andre Holmes, 81.2 overall grade

A surprise contributor on Sunday was wide receiver, Andre Holmes. Seeing a receiver on the top five grades is a rare occurrence, so it is shocking to see that Holmes made the list of top play makers on Sunday.

Here is Pro Football Focus‘ write-up for Andre Holmes:

"“Holmes helped compliment the Bills’ dominant rushing attack as Taylor’s most reliable weapon. Holmes caught three of his four targets for 50 yards and a touchdown. Taylor’s passer rating was 156.3 when targeting Holmes.”"

Oakland did not have a player grade above 83.0, and the team struggled to produce in all areas of the game. Oakland quarterback, Derek Carr earned a grade of 49.9.
