Prediction: Bills 31, Jets 17

The Bills are an eight-point favorite heading into Sunday’s tilt, and to be honest; there’s a good chance they cover.

The offense didn’t play anywhere near its full potential this preseason, and with Jordan Matthews primed to make his Bills debut on Sunday, this team should be clicking.

ESPN’s Mike Clay ranked the Bills defense 28th in the NFL. He’s way off. Both Jerry Hughes and Shaq Lawson are primed for big seasons, and Kyle Williams is Steady Eddie. There are problems in the secondary, but it’s not as bad as it looks on paper.

At the end of the day, the Bills have more talent and that’s what matters.
