Tight Ends

Luckily the team will still have Charles Clay and Nick O’Leary next season.

TE. I’m going to miss Chris Gragg, but I definitely wish he was more healthy. The Bills drafted Gragg in the 7th round of the 2013 NFL Draft and has been with the team ever since. In his first three years with the team, he totaled 24 catches, 251 yards and 2 TD. He had a strong preseason in 2016, but saw his season end before it started when he suffered a knee injury. Although he was told he will remain a Buffalo Bill in 2017 — at the time of his injury — he still remains a free agent with the draft quickly approaching. It looks like Gragg won’t return next season.. #89. Free Agent. CHRIS GRAGG

A seventh round draft pick by the Arizona Cardinals in 2010, Jim Dray hasn’t seen much playing time in the NFL. In 2013, still with the Cardinals, he had his best season with 26 catches, 215 yards and 2 touchdowns. He signed with the Browns in 2014 and recorded 17 catches, 242 yards and 1 touchdown. After also spending the 2015 season with Cleveland, he signed with the Bills. He only lasted until October, when he was released. In December, he signed with the 49ers and is currently a free agent.. #82. Free Agent. JIM DRAY. TE

TE. Gerald Christian was the final pick of the 2015 NFL Draft, earning him the name that many have donned before him — Mr. Irrelevant. He was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals, but missed his entire rookie season due to a torn MCL. He was later released in the 2016 offseason. A little over a week after being released, Christian was signed by the Bills. He bounced back between the practice squad and active roster, appearing in 3 games last season. He totaled one catch, 2 targets and 14 yards. He remains a free agent this offseason.. #83. Free Agent. GERALD CHRISTIAN

TE. Manasseh Garner had trouble finding a roster spot after going undrafted in the 2015 draft. He would sign as a fullback with the Chiefs, but was quickly released. He then signed with the Browns as a tight end, but was released a week before September. He then signed with the Bills for the first time in December 2015, but would sign a futures contract with the Broncos in January 2016. He signed with the Bills for a second time in October 2016 and was on the practice squad. He remains a free agent.. #89. Free Agent. MANASSEH GARNER

Another departure that will make fans quite happy, the kicker.
