Sammy Watkins

It’s fair to say Sammy Watkins has his name firmly entrenched at the top of the Bills receiving depth chart. Last season, he showed exactly why Buffalo traded up in the draft, in order to land him.

The 22-year old justified this faith in a big way, despite not having a franchise-type quarterback throwing the ball to him. He ended up setting team rookie records for receptions and receiving yards, while also adding six touchdown catches.

Watkins has lit it up in training camp this year, torching every corner he’s faced. Understandably, more will be expected from him in 2015, and there’s little reason for him not to deliver.

2014 receiving statistics: 65 catches, 982 receiving yards, six touchdown receptions

Statistics versus Panthers: One catch for six yards

Will he make the cut? 100 percent guaranteed
