The Buffalo Bills have, at times, carried 6 safeties into the season. I don’t think that will be the case this year. Maybe 5 as a stretch. They have 7 listed on the roster.
Aaron Williams and Corey Graham are locked in as your starters right now for Strong and Free Safety. This leaves Kenny Ladler, Jonathan Meeks, Wesley Miller, Bacarri Rambo, and Duke Williams to fill those remaining 2-3 spots.
Duke Williams and Bacarri Rambo make the squad. Duke Williams will back up Aaron and Rambo will back up Graham. Rambo had a nice game against Aaron Rodgers last year and should continue to increase is play this year.
As far as Kenny Ladler, Jonathan Meeks, and Wesley Miller. Maybe 1 spot is available for them, maybe not. It is tough to say who Rex Ryan is willing to hold an additional spot for and for what position. He can only have 53 on the roster. Where does the depth go?
