There are many dads on the Buffalo Bills team this year. Some of them told buffalobills.com about their Father’s Day plans. Here’s what they said:
Bills’ corner back Stephon Gilmore is a first time dad this year. Last April, him and his wife, Gabrielle had a son together named Stephon Sebastian Gilmore. Although Gilmore said fatherhood can be hard at times, he is looking forward to spending time with his family today, according to buffalobills.com.

"“It will be fun we will probably do something special because it’s my first father’s day. My dad was a good father for me, so I want to make sure I am going to be a good father for him so it’s going to be a special day.”"
Will Stephon Sebastian follow in his father’s football footsteps? Possibly.
"“I want to give him the opportunity to travel and make sure he always has what’s he needs in life,” Gilmore told buffalobills.com"
Another father is the Bills’ coach himself, Rex Ryan. Ryan has two sons named Payton and Seth and believe it or not, Payton Ryan wants to go into coaching too. He currently plays football at Clemson University and his father certainly approves of his chosen career path.
"“I would love to see him be a third generation coach but you have to earn your way to get there. It’s not going to be handed to you and he knows it, work ethic all that. I wanted him to go to a program where he can be around great coaches, which he is at Clemson so that’s great."
Seth, on the other hand, is Ryan’s oldest and was described as being “super smart.” Him and Ryan are traveling out of the country together to celebrate Father’s Day. Lucky them!
Fred Jackson, running back for the Bills, has a lot to celebrate this Father’s Day. Jackson has four children all under the age of eight (Braeden, 8; Kaelen, 6; Jaeden, 5, and Maecan 21 months). His only son, Braeden, plays on a youth football team in Hamburg and wants to follow in his footsteps.
"“If you talk to him now, he’s going to be a first round draft pick of the Buffalo Bills,” according to Jackson."
We hope all of you Bills’ dads (fans, coaches and players) have an awesome day and don’t forget to wish your own dad a happy Father’s day!
