Mannion is a prototypical project QB, he has that elite frame and build that NFL teams like, a strong arm to make all the throws and his accuracy on deep throws is spectacular. Mannion is the perfect candidate to come in sit a season or two behind Orton and work on the small stuff. Mannion is not without his flaws Mannion needs to work well under pressure, he has the madden curse where if he doesn’t see anything open he just keeps moving backwards rather than just step up in the pocket or throw the ball away. Oregon St product works in a pro style Offense where he would easily fit the Buffalo Bills style of play, has had success from both under center and out of shotgun. Mannion’s mobility is lacking however with Buffalo’s plethora of pass blocking backs The ex-Beavers passing pocket should stay extremely clean. Also with the additions of Green-Beckham, O’Leary, and Langford Mannion’s offensive threats are piling up with the already standing Watkins, Woods, Jackson, Dixon, and Goodwin Mannion will come into a great situation with nuclear arsenal of Offensive weapons.
