The Buffalo Bills are coming into week 11 with a 5-4 record. They are facing off against the Dolphins who are also 5-4 and will match-up on Thursday Night Football this week. It goes without saying that the Bills need to win this week to have any shot at making the playoffs. With a win against the Dolphins, the Bills will move to 6-4 and separate themselves by 2 games against the Dolphins. They will also be 2 games back of the New England Patriots, who are sitting at 7-2 right now.

The Bills are right now projected in the 10th spot and need to make up some ground, but are only 1 game out of a wild card spot and 2 games out of the division winner spot.
Here is how week 11 breaks down for the Bills and who we need to beat who to move up in the ranks.
First game to watch for is the Texans/Browns. Now the Bills lost to the Texans but they are sitting with a 4-5 record right now. Lesser of two evils at this point would be to have the Texans beat the Browns who are sitting at 6-3 with the 4th place spot right now.
The next game is the Bengals/Saints game. We need the Bengals to lose, so get ready to root for the Saints Marching In. With the Bengals losing last week and if they lose this week they will have a record of 5-4-1 which will give the Bills a better winning percentage at 6-4.
The next game is the Seahawks and the Chiefs. This is a no brainer as to who we need to lose. The Chiefs will still have the head to head match-up on us but a 6-4 record tied with us is better than a 7-3 record and us a game behind still. Beast Mode needs to continue for the Bills.
Raiders/Chargers is the next game to look at. We need the Black and Silver to break their losing streak and get into that win column. The Chargers are sitting in front of us in the 9th seed with a 5-4 record. A win for us and loss for them puts us a game ahead of them.
Patriots/Colts is the next game to look at. This game could go either way, but if Buffalo is looking for the division then we need the Colts to win. I don’t think that the Colts will come into play for the Wild Card spots, so a Colts win will move them ahead of the Patriots into the 2nd ranked spot because I also have the Broncos winning as they will not have an effect on the Bills this week. Broncos to 8-2, Patriots to 7-3, and Colts 7-3 puts the Colts into 2nd and the Patriots into 3rd.
The final game is the Steelers and the Titans. The Steelers are sitting with a 6-4 record right now and need to lose this one. With a 6-5 record the Steelers will drop below Buffalo so a rooting interest with the Titans this week.
Here is a break down of what the playoff race looks like now, to what it will look like with these outcomes figured in.

The Bills will move into 6th place with a win and the rest losses. Ravens are on a bye this week.
