E.J. Manuel is the leader of this team whether you like it or not.  He is the one that will control whether or not the Bills are able to move the ball down the field and put points up on the board to a degree.  Obviously there are other players that will help with that situation but it mostly falls to the shoulders of Manuel.  If Manuel is unable to get the ball to Sammy Watkins, Mike Williams, Robert Woods, Scott Chandler, or anyone else for that matter, the team will be in a dead spin and will not move the ball.  E.J. the ball is yours to take control of, you are the key! The Buffalo Bills saw a need and went out and got it.  As a rookie quarterback, E.J. Manuel needed to be taught and groomed to have a successful career.  Coming into his second year as the OC, Nathaniel Hackett struggled to both instill a new offensive scheme to a team he didn’t know as well as work with a rookie quarterback.  The Bills brought in a quarterback coach to take some of the strain off of Hackett and provide Manuel a better opportunity to flourish.
