Doug Marrone and the Bills made moves to bring in talent to help E.J. Manuel.  Mike Williams and Sammy Watkins look to add another dimension to a struggling offense from last year.  [Syracuse.com]

Doug Whaley was vocal this weekend stating that the Bills “owe it to the fans” to be a playoff team.  I know it has been 14 years, if the Bills don’t make the playoffs this year, improvement is what I am looking for as a fan.  If I see improvement within the team as a whole and the playoffs are in sight for next year, then great. If the Bills make the playoffs this year, fantastic.  Improvement is the determining factor for me.  [Sports Illustrated]
