With the imminent sale of the Buffalo Bills, many Bills fans are focused on who will take care of their team to the point of leaving them alone and keeping them in Western New York.

Tom Golisano, Terry Pegula and even Donald Trump have all said that they are planning on keeping the Bills in Buffalo.

Recently, Edward Rogers III stated that he does not intend to bring a second Toronto group to the table and bid on the Bills.  The first Toronto group consists of front-runner rocker Jon Bon Jovi and as Bills fans our biggest concern is the placement of the franchise and going over to the boarder is not an option in our eyes.  With the Toronto group and Bon Jovi, there is that realistic possibility.

Bon Jovi has come out and stated that he has no intentions on moving the Bills from Western New York.  This comes as a surprise since it has been known that Toronto wants an NFL franchise.  Ron Jaworski, close to the situation and Bon Jovi, has come out and stated that Bon Jovi plans to keep the team here.  Jaworski has owned, with Bon Jovi, the AFL’s Philadelphia Soul, so he is aware of plans by Bon Jovi.

The one concerning fact out of all of this is that all of these statements could be incomplete, by every single one of them.  They all say that they plan on keeping the Bills in Western New York.  Lets look at the second part of the statement ‘until 2019 when I can move them without it costing a fortune’.  Anybody could come out and say what they have, but has anyone actually said ‘will not move past 2019’.  I haven’t caught that yet.  Although the building of stadiums and all of that fun stuff does help their cause, but no ground has been broken yet.  Blue prints could sit on desks for years.

I am not saying that this is there intention and they are all looking to undercut the fans and the city, just something to think about.  The League also has an interest in what happens to the Bills as well and Roger Goodell has made it known that they should stay in Buffalo.
