Buffalo Bills: Nickell Robey Expects Big Things from New Defense – Tip of the Tower

"Despite the impressive results of the Buffalo Bills defense in 2014 – when they ranked fourth in the NFL in yards and points allowed – a lot of the players are expecting even more success this year. Count Nickell Robey among those looking forward to the upcoming campaign. One of the main reason’s for the 23-year old’s optimism is down to the 3-4 defense being installed by Bills head coach Rex Ryan. In many ways, the new scheme is similar to the one employed in 2013, under former defensive coordinator Mike Pettine."

LeSean McCoy: Buffalo Bills Most Irreplaceable Player

"While he has not played a single down for the Bills, former Eagles RB LeSean McCoy was a big pick up for the team this offseason and may be the puzzle piece that helps put the picture together in making the Bills a legitimate contender. So without further ado, here is the third installment of the Buffalo Bills most irreplaceable players featuring LeSean McCoy.Since entering into the league, the two-time All-Pro running back, McCoy has been a success rushing for over 1,000 yards in four of his six seasons while scoring 54 career touchdowns, 44 of them being on the ground and 10 through the air. He also led the league in rushing yards in 2013 when he ran for 1,607 yards and a career-best 217 rushing yards and two touchdowns in a 34-20 win against the Detroit Lions. McCoy also finished third overall in 2014 with 1,319 rush yards bringing his career total to 6,792 rushing yards which is an all-time best by an Eagles running back. While McCoy is a dominant run threat, he also is a talented receiving back too as he has had 40 plus receptions in five out of the six seasons he has played getting a career-high 78 receptions in 2010 for 592 yards and a total of 2,282 over his career. This gives the Bills a dynamic offensive weapon in the backfield that can hurt opponents in more ways than one."

Buffalo Bills‘ Marquise Goodwin leaps at the chance

"On Wednesday at York University, Marquise Goodwin the track star will attempt to jump his way to a Pan Am Games gold medal.Next week in suburban Rochester, Marquise Goodwin the Buffalo Bills wide receiver will work at taking a big leap forward in his NFL career. An accomplished dual-sport athlete, Goodwin is at the point of the summer where his two athletic pursuits collide. But giving his love for both competitive long jumping and catching footballs, the swift-footed Texan wouldn’t have it any other way."

Analysis: Bills not willing to wait while Kromer case drags on – BN Blitz – TheBuffalo News

"For the Buffalo Bills, being near the end of an investigation into Aaron Kromer’s July 12 arrest on charges of punching a teenage boy at least gives them clarity on what to do about the offensive line coach with training camp starting in a little more than a week. For Kromer, who is due in court on Aug. 12, the timing doesn’t appear to be quite as favorable.A pre-camp resolution would strongly signal the Bills aren’t concerned with how the criminal case turns out. According to an NFL source, they are pretty well satisfied with the information gathered in conjunction with the league, and what they have learned doesn’t make the situation look any brighter for Kromer than what was contained in a disturbing police report."

Buffalo Bills safety Duke Williams returns home to pass on skills at football camp – Daily Sparks

"He’s had the idea for years. This year, it finally came to fruition. When Duke Williams, who was drafted in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills, was still playing at Nevada, he wanted to find a way to help out the youth in the Reno community. But because of numerous restrictions placed on college athletes by the NCAA, he wasn’t able to make it happen."
