The Buffalo Bills and Rex Ryan have a couple of areas to address this offseason and they have already addressed one of the guard positions.  Are they finished on the interior line, not sure, but I think that there are going to be more moves this offseason.

  • One of the spots that needs to be addressed is at quarterback.  EJ Manuel is the only one of the list right now, and he has not really provided any type performance that he will be able to lead this team to the promiseland.  Rex Ryan does believe that Manuel can be a starter in this league at some point, but they are in their evaluation stage of the game right now and are looking at who is available to possibly help this team this coming year.

Rex Ryan did say in his on air interview with WGR550 yesterday that he is very confident with this team and the direction that they are going.  He also wants the defense and the offensive line to be the two best units on this team.  With a good offensive line, the team will be able to control the run game and throw when they want to not when they need to.  He also wants the team to be a physical one, as he has shown so far with the signing of Ritchie Incognito.

"“We’re gonna out-physical people, and I think that’s what we need to do on both sides of the ball, and play complementary football,” Ryan said. “I think that’s what we’ll do. We’ll play to the strength of our teams, and I truly believe that’ll be our defense and our offensive line. We can be explosive in the passing game, but it’s gonna have to be predicated on us being able to run the football. I think if we can run the ball the way I anticipate, we’ll make some big plays in the passing game because you’re gonna have to respect it. When a team is able to bludgeon you with the run down after down, then all of a sudden it’s gonna open up that pass. Now we dictate how many times we throw it.”– Profootballtalk.com"

Now Rex has said a lot of these things before when he was with the Jets, but the personnel just was not their.  I think it will be different here because the Pegulas are willing to spend the money and bring in the personnel to make this team better now.
