The Buffalo Bills are sitting pretty atop the AFC East once again. Considering how the national media was getting ready to leave this team for dead, the fact Josh Allen and Sean McDermott have kept marching along and piling up the victories is a testament to both of their respective quality.

The Bills could use one or two players to supplement Allen's skills on the offensive side of the ball, and there's no such thing as too many qualified interior defensive linemen in the NFL. The Bills' defense is playing well, but the pass rush may need another young prospect to develop slowly as the defense tries to keep their youth movement going.

The Bills have a chance to dominate the AFC East for years to come with the Patriots rebuilding, the Jets starting over, and the Dolphins maxing out with their current roster construction. Picking these three players in the 2025 NFL Draft could help further that end.

Buffalo Bills 3-round 2025 NFL Mock Draft

Round 1: Isaiah Bond, WR, Texas

The Bills could still use one more wide receiver, even with Keon Coleman making some big plays and Khalil Shakir evolving into a quality pass-catcher. Bond is not going to be a physical marvel like Coleman, but he may have more high-end potential due to his raw speed and potential as a vertical playmaker.

The Alabama transfer may be a bit more specific in his professional role than most first-round picks, but it doesn't take a very advanced football mind to see that he could be an impactful player if put in the right offense. Joe Brady will have a field day cooking up ways to get him the ball in open space.

Round 2: TJ Sanders, DT, South Carolina

Sanders may not be the biggest defensive tackle in the world after failing to cross the 300-pound barrier, but that lean frame has made him a disruptive force on the inside. Despite his size, Sanders has quietly evolved into one of the more effective run-stuffers in the SEC.

Buffalo's current defensive tackle room is either too old to be effective at this point in their careers or simply lacking in overall talent. Sanders may be a bit of a project, but he could be a possible Pro Bowl player if McDermott managed to smooth over some of the rough edges in his game.

Round 3: Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall

Between 2021 and 2023, split between Virginia and Marshall, Green had just 5.5 sacks. He has exploded this season, piling up 15 quarterback takedowns to lead the entire college football landscape. Despite the level of competition, his speed and advanced pass rush repertoire will make him a quality situational disruptor in the pros.

The Bills have Von Miller's huge contract to work around, but that doesn't mean Buffalo is completely barred from making impactful moves with this unit. Green won't be a great run defender, but he has enough tools to get after the quarterback in Buffalo's attacking defense.
