Von Miller

The Buffalo Bills signed former All-Pro Von Miller to one of the biggest contracts in free agency last offseason across the entire NFL. The six-year contract was worth $120 million and it certainly raised some questions about how much Miller might have left as he would be 33 years old this season.

Unfortunately, Von Miller was not able to finish the season due to a torn ACL against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving. However, prior to the injury he was playing great football and was worth every part of that contract with what he brought.

In 11 games, Von Miller had eight sacks and 12 QB hits but he also made the other players around him better. The Bills first round pick in 2021, Greg Rousseau, was playing his best football in his young career as he matched his rookie sack total (4) in the first four games of the 2022 season.

Von Miller is optimistic that he will be ready to go for the start of the 2023 season and if that is the case, it is great news for this defense.
