The Buffalo Bills first round pick is in line to make his third straight start for the defense on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Kaiir Elam began the season rotating with Christian Benford but got a chance to start after Dane Jackson and Christian Benford missed time due to injuries.

The start of the rookie season for Elam has been promising but the one thing that has been missing to this point is interceptions. However, that should change on Sunday as the Bills take on rookie Kenny Pickett.

The Steelers quarterback will be making his first career start after replacing Mitchell Trubisky at halftime of last week’s game against the New York Jets. Pickett would go on to have two rushing touchdowns but also threw three interceptions.
