Buffalo Bills vs. Baltimore Ravens Week 4: Date, Time, Injuries, More
The Buffalo Bills are set to play the Baltimore Ravens in a key AFC matchup in Week 4
The Baltimore Ravens will end their tour through the AFC East with their fourth straight game against the division to start the season. The Buffalo Bills are the final team for the Ravens to play and to begin the season they have won two of their first three matchups with the only loss coming against the Miami Dolphins.
The Ravens are led by Lamar Jackson who is playing excellent football with nearly 1,000 total yards between passing and rushing. He also leads the league with 10 passing touchdowns with two additional rushing touchdowns.
For the Buffalo Bills, this seems like a pivotal game after their loss against the Miami Dolphins. While there are reasonable excuses for the loss, the fact of the matter is that this was a divisional opponent and that is a major factor, not only in the AFC East race but in seeding within the conference come playoff time.
The Buffalo Bills also don’t want to lose too much momentum early in the year with back-to-back losses, even though they have done so every year over the past three seasons.
This week for the Buffalo Bills, it is another AFC opponent and head-to-head is a key tiebreaker in terms of playoff seeding. While Baltimore’s defense has struggled, this is a team that looks to be on its way to the playoffs this year. This game could be one that is pointed back to at the end of the season when discussing what seed the Bills have if they make the playoffs.
The excuses from last week seemingly still remain this week as the Bills have 10 players with injury designations and likely will be dealing with some weather. Will the outcome be different this week for Buffalo?
