Stefon Diggs

Week 2 Finish: WR1

It was an impressive performance by Stefon Diggs on Monday night against the Tennessee Titans. He finished the game with 12 receptions, 148 receiving yards, and three touchdowns which was good enough to have him finish the top-scoring wide receiver in half-point PPR leagues.

The increase in targets and receptions was due in large part to Gabe Davis being inactive this week but even if he is back this week, Diggs is still going to be one of the top options at the position this week against the Miami Dolphins.

Projected Week 3 Finish: Top 5 finish

Gabe Davis

Week 2 Finish: NR

Last week, Gabe Davis suffered an ankle injury late in the week and this created a challenge for people because there was a lot of uncertainty about if he would play. He ultimately would not be in the lineup and was replaced by Jake Kumerow, who had 50 receiving yards.

On Wednesday, Davis was limited in practice but appears to be on track to return this week against the Miami Dolphins. The Buffalo Bills are likely going to throw it a lot and Gabe Davis is going to be a great option and should be in most lineups.

However, it will be important to watch the injury reports this week leading up to the game.

Projected Week 3 Finish: High-end WR2

Isaiah McKenzie

Week 2 Finish: WR72

The expectation was that Isaiah McKenzie would see similar opportunities that Cole Beasley saw in his three years as the primary slot receiver for the Buffalo Bills. However, for the second straight week, McKenzie had only three targets and caught two of them.

The difference in Week 2 compared to Week 1 was that McKenzie didn’t catch a touchdown to help his score. Until McKenzie starts to see a higher volume of targets, it is tough to have him in your starting lineup.

Projected Week 3 Finish: Outside of Top 36
