Buffalo Bills Player to Watch: Zack Moss

In Week 1, the Titans defense had no answer for running back Saquon Barkley as he ran for 164 yards on 18 carries and found the end zone once. He also had six receptions for 30 yards and was one of the best games in his NFL career.

One running back to watch in this game is Zack Moss, as he had a bigger role than expected against the Rams with six carries but also six receptions, which tied his career high.

Moss has moved up the depth chart over the past few months as he looked very good during training camp and the preseason. He essentially split the work at running back with Devin Singletary and now both have a much easier matchup against this Titans’ defense.

The one aspect worth watching closely is if he continues to be heavily involved in the passing game, as this was expected to be something James Cook would handle but the coaching staff may not be ready to lean on the rookie quite yet.
