Josh Allen and Matthew Stafford combine for over 600 passing yards

This one may not be that bold considering both players averaged over 250 passing yards per game but I believe this game should be a high-volume passing game from both sides.

Last year, the Rams were without Cam Akers for a majority of the season and struggled to really get much of a run game going, even in the playoffs. While Akers is back this year, the Buffalo Bills improved their defensive front this offseason with Von Miller, Shaq Lawson, DaQuan Jones, and Tim Settle which should make it much tougher to run on them this year.

On the other sideline, the Bills’ offense really didn’t have much success on the ground until late in the season. There is plenty of reasons to be optimistic that the run game can continue that success this year with some improvements along the offensive line like the addition of Rodger Saffold at guard. However, the Rams were one of the best against the run last year.

In these types of games, it makes sense to put the ball in your best player’s hands and that is Josh Allen. This week the Bills should look to throw it a lot and I think with Matthew Stafford on the other side the two quarterbacks combine to throw for over 600 yards.
