Week 16: Buffalo Bills at Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears appear to finally have an answer at quarterback with Justin Fields, who is expected to make a big jump in Year 2. However, the roster is lacking elsewhere as they have arguably the worst wide receivers in the league and a secondary that Josh Allen should be able to beat.

The weather could be a factor here late in December in Chicago but the Buffalo Bills should be able to come away with a win the day before Christmas.

Prediction: Win (12-3)

Week 17: Buffalo Bills at Cincinnati Bengals

After the Kansas City Chiefs game, this is probably the best game on the Buffalo Bills schedule as the Bills play the Bengals to kick off 2023. This has the potential to be a very high-scoring game as the Bills go from playing probably the worst wide receiver group in the NFL with Chicago to the best in the league with the Bengals’ trio of Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd.

This is a game that will feature two of the best teams in the AFC and when the talent is this close, home-field advantage is enough to sway the prediction and the Buffalo Bills see their six-game win streak come to an end.

Prediction: Loss (12-4)

Week 18: New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills close the regular season with a home game against the New England Patriots. The hope should be that at this point they have the AFC East division clinched but they could still be playing for that top spot in the AFC.

Since that is a likely scenario, the starters would be playing in this game and that is why the Bills come away with a win to close the regular season.

Prediction: Win (13-4)
