Offensive Line (9)

Dion Dawkins, Rodger Saffold, Mitch Morse, Ryan Bates, Spencer Brown, David Quessenberry, Greg Mancz, Bobby Hart, Tommy Doyle

PUP: Ike Boettger

The Buffalo Bills made two moves at the offensive line this week when they traded Cody Ford to the Arizona Cardinals for a 2023 fifth round pick. They also moved Ike Boettger to the reserve/PUP list, which means he will not count against the 53-man roster but won’t be able to return in the first four games of the season.

When looking at the remaining players on the roster, the group the Bills will go into the regular season appears to be pretty clear. The Bills have their starting five with Dion Dawkins, Rodger Saffold, Mitch Morse, and Ryan Bates with right tackle having a question mark.

For most of training camp, David Quessenberry has been the starter but that has been due in part to Spencer Brown working to return after a back procedure. Both players will make the roster and the coaching staff will have a little over 10 days to decide who will start.

This will then leave four backups with Tommy Doyle likely primarily a backup at tackle, Bobby Hart the primary backup at guard, and Greg Mancz at center along with whoever isn’t the starter between Quessenberry and Brown.
