Josh Allen

His historic postseason performance attached a substantial positive note to Josh Allen’s 2021 campaign, but truthfully his 2021 regular season was a bit disappointing and was a step down from 2020.

Partly due to a bad offensive line, Allen struggled for stretches in 2021 and sometimes reverted to “Wyoming Josh” and threw some mind-numbing interceptions. However, once the offensive line gained some continuity during the latter part of the season Allen was lights out. The Buffalo Bills further improved their offensive line in free agency by adding Rodger Saffold, so Josh Allen should have plenty of time to dissect defenses in 2022.

Throughout Allen’s tenure in Buffalo, the Bills’ receivers have been lacking in the run-after-catch department, but that should change in 2022. Inserting Isaiah McKenzie and James Cook into this offense will give Josh some of the most effortless passing yards he has ever picked up.

Allen is a player who has improved and added parts to his game every year that he’s been in the league. Lastly, I think we are dealing with a motivated and laser-focused Josh Allen going into 2022. He didn’t take last year’s playoff loss lightly and will take his frustrations out on the rest of the league in 2022.
