This upcoming season will be the second year for the NFL with teams playing 17 regular season games. Last year, the Bills had an extra home game but this year will be traveling for that additional game.

With eight of 17 games against teams that made the playoffs last season, that means 11 of their games will be against non-playoff teams from the year before. However, given their uncharacteristic losses last season– most notably the loss against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 9– are the Bills going to lose similar games as they did last season?
Looking at last year’s playoffs, there’s the question of whether teams spent this offseason improving, or if this offseason didn’t go that team’s way.
