Jordan Davis

This may have been wishful thinking to think that Jordan Davis would still be on the board at 25th when the Buffalo Bills were on the clock but if he were, he would have made a lot of sense. The former University of Georgia defensive tackle is a massive player at 6’6″ and 341 pounds that can clog running lanes.

However, he showed at the NFL Combine that he has the potential to be more with remarkable speed and athleticism for a player his size at the NFL Combine. This is one of the reasons he likely will already be selected somewhere in the middle of the first round.

Prior to free agency, the Bills had three players at the position set to be free agents but have already replaced those players with DaQuan Jones, Tim Settle, and Jordan Phillips, who returns to Buffalo for his second stint with the team. The moves they made at the position should take defensive tackle off the board, specifically early, with some other glaring needs that should be addressed early.
