How do the Bills handle preparing for two quarterbacks?

Last week, the Buffalo Bills faced the challenge of preparing to face arguably the best quarterback to ever play the game in Tom Brady. This week, the coaching staff faces a different challenge as they must try to prepare the defense to potentially face two quarterbacks.

On Monday, Panthers’ head coach Matt Rhule said he continues to plan on playing both Cam Newton and P.J. Walker, according to Andrew Siciliano.

This creates challenges for the Bills as they try to formulate a defensive game plan to stop the Panthers as the quarterbacks are very different.

At this point in his career, Cam Newton is more of a threat running the ball than throwing and has a rushing touchdown in every game since joining the Panthers. As for Walker, he is more of a threat to throw the ball.

While the Bills defense should win this matchup, it just creates one more challenge for this group as they prepare to face the Carolina Panthers.
