Jordan Poyer

It was an impressive performance by the Buffalo Bills against the Miami Dolphins and Jordan Poyer probably was the best player on that side of the ball for the Bills. He finished the game leading the team in tackles with 10 and helped seal the victory with an interception on the Dolphins’ first drive after Bass’ 53-yard field goal.

The interception by Poyer closed the door on any potential comeback by the Miami Dolphins as Josh Allen was able to find the end zone on a run a few plays later.

Jordan Poyer, along with Micah Hyde, has always been a key part of this defense but this year he is seemingly making more of these big plays. He now has three interceptions and five passes defended through six games which is a significant increase when considering he had four interceptions and eight passes defended combined in the prior two seasons.
