4 Buffalo Bills who stood out against the Miami Dolphins in Week 8
Tyler Bass
The Buffalo Bills offense didn’t really get much going in the first half and they were bailed out by Tyler Bass. On their second drive of the game, the Bills were able to get across the 50 yard line, thanks in large part to a 34-yard run by Josh Allen.
However, the drive stalled out at 39 yard line and instead of electing to punt and try to pin them deep, the Bills gave Bass the opportunity to attempt a 57-yard field goal, which he made with ease.
He also added a 53-yard field goal in probably what was the most pressure-packed kick of his career. The Dolphins had just scored a touchdown and were down by only 6 and when Bass came onto the field. It was a critical point of the game because if he made the 50+ yard field goal it would have given the Buffalo Bills a two score lead.
These two kicks were critical for the Buffalo Bills and came at key points in the game.
