Emmanuel Sanders

Of the three players listed, this is probably the least likely to happen, at least to start the year. This is not to say that Emmanuel Sanders is a bad wide receiver and even at 34-years old, he can still be a starting wide receiver in this league.

However, Gabriel Davis has looked great this preseason after an impressive rookie season last year. The last game against the Green Bay Packers was by far his best as he got to play with Josh Allen and finished the game leading the team with five receptions for 75 yards and a touchdown.

Now that he is entering his second season, and doesn’t have the learning curve he did last year with no preseason, he looks poised to really breakout.

Even though the Bills do play plenty of four wide receiver sets which gives Davis and Sanders a chance to be on the field at the same time, it may be time for the coaching staff to turn to the younger receiver to be the full-time starter on the outside opposite Stefon Diggs.
