Will Davis Webb or Jake Fromm do enough to make a case for a third QB?

The Buffalo Bills are going to have some tough roster decisions when they need to cut the roster down to 53 players. Every roster spot is going to be valuable and while the Bills had three quarterbacks on their 53-man roster last year, they are likely to go with only two this year.

In this final preseason game, Davis Webb and Jake Fromm will try to make their best case that the Bills should keep a third quarterback and one of these two deserve that spot.

In the first preseason game, Davis Webb and Jake Fromm both had impressive performances with Webb showing a little more mobility while Fromm led the team on the game-winning drive. However, in the second preseason game, neither player was able to build on the impressive performance and they struggled.

It may still be a long shot that the Bills keep three quarterbacks but if either player has a strong performance, it may force the team to find the roster spot to ensure they don’t lose that quarterback to another team.
