Buffalo Bills Bold Prediction #2: Greg Rousseau registers another sack
When the Buffalo Bills drafted Greg Rousseau in the first round, he was viewed as a player that had tremendous potential but the Bills may need to be patient due to him being raw. Those expectations are starting to shift after he registered a sack in the first preseason game against the Detroit Lions.
This week, Rousseau is going to continue to impress and should register his second sack of the preseason. It will likely be a little more challenging as he will be trying to bring down Bears’ first round pick Justin Fields.
Fields, the former Ohio State Buckeye, has great athleticism and is mobile in the pocket and can escape easily. However, Rousseau is special in that he has tremendous length at 6’5″ and has a wingspan of 83.25″ which is in the 87% percentile, according to MockDraftables.com.
This length is tough to run around and Rousseau should be able to contain Fields and given the chance will be able to bring him down behind the line of scrimmage.
