One of the most anticipated training camp battles for the Buffalo Bills was at the cornerback position opposite Tre’Davious White. The team brought back Levi Wallace but he was expected to be pushed by the team’s seventh round pick from last year, Dane Jackson.

The battle hasn’t really developed as many would have thought as Wallace has been steady while Dane Jackson has been more up and down. Last week, Thad Brown with WROC tweeted that Wallace was pulling away to the point that Jackson may not be able to get back into the discussion.

One way that Jackson could get back into the discussion is with a good game on Friday night against the Lions. The Lions aren’t very deep at wide receiver and this could give him the chance to have a big game in the first preseason game of the season.
